Are cross-border transfers available 24/7?

PayNow-UPI and PayNow-DuitNow are designed to support real-time transfers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.

However, a transfer may occasionally be delayed or unavailable due to:

• scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance;

• temporary network or service interruptions;

• availability of the sending or receiving financial institution;

• transaction or account limits;

• security, fraud or compliance checks;

• regulatory requirements; or

• other circumstances affecting the relevant payment network or participating institution.
