Why is my transaction still pending?

Certain types of transfers require additional processing time from banks. Your transaction will remain "Pending" until final confirmation is received.

Understanding Pending Statuses

  1. Check the transfer type: While local wallet transfers are instant, bank transfers and overseas payments typically take one to several business days to settle fully.

  2. Wait for processing windows: International transactions may be subject to different time zones and intermediary bank processing hours, which can extend the pending period.

  3. Review the expected timeline: Check the specific payment method used. If the transaction has not moved to "Completed" after the standard expected timeframe, it may require further investigation.

  4. View Transaction Details: Tap the transaction in your history to see the Reference Number or Transaction ID. This details page may also provide a more specific estimated completion time.

  5. Contact Support:  If your transaction remains pending beyond the expected timeframe, please contact our support team. Provide the Transaction ID so we can trace the status with our partners.
