Why is my balance different from what I expected?

Your available balance may differ from your total balance due to recent activity. Reviewing your transaction history can help clarify any discrepancies.

Understanding balance differences:

  1. Check for pending transactions: 

    Recent payments may still be in a Pending state. These amounts are often deducted from your "Available Balance" before the transaction is fully settled.

  2. Look for temporary holds: 

    Certain merchants (like hotels or transport services) may place a temporary hold on your funds. These holds are usually released within a few business days.

  3. Review applicable fees: 

    Check if any service fees or international transaction charges were applied to your recent activity, as these will affect the final balance.

  4. View your Transaction History: 

    Go to the Activity or Transaction History tab to see a detailed list of all recent movements, including top-ups, payments, and adjustments.

  5. Contact Support: 

    If the figures still do not match, please reach out to our support team at support@liquidgroup.sg. Provide the specific Transaction ID and details of the discrepancy for a quicker resolution.
