Why has my LiquidPay account been temporarily frozen?
We are committed to complying with all regulatory requirements and ensuring the security of your funds.
Please be informed that if your LiquidPay account exceeds the annual transaction flow cap of SGD 25,000, your account may be temporarily frozen in accordance with our compliance policies.
What does this mean for you?
-
Once your account reaches or exceeds the SGD 25,000 limit, you will temporarily lose the ability to transact (including withdrawals, transfers, and payments).
-
Our team will contact you directly with the steps to process a refund of your remaining balance.
-
You may also be asked to provide additional documents for enhanced due diligence checks before your account can be reactivated.
How can you prevent this?
-
Monitor your account balance regularly to ensure it stays within the limit.
-
Plan your transactions in advance if you anticipate that your annual flow may approach the cap.
-
Contact us immediately if you have questions or need clarification about your account limits.
Please note: We are actively working on increasing our flow caps to better support your transaction needs in the future.
