Where can I use LiquidPay?

LiquidPay allows you to make QR payments at participating merchants in Singapore and supported overseas markets. You can also use LiquidPay to send funds through supported local and cross-border transfer services.

The services and payment methods available to you may vary depending on your account eligibility, location, merchant, payment network, transaction type, and other applicable requirements.

Paying Merchants in Singapore

You can use LiquidPay to make QR payments at participating merchants across Singapore, including retail stores, restaurants, hawker centers, coffee shops, and other participating businesses.

Look out for supported payment or acceptance marks, which may include:

  • LiquidPay
  • RoamQR
  • PayNow
  • Other supported QR acceptance marks displayed at participating merchants

To make a payment, open the LiquidPay App, select Scan & Pay, scan the merchant's QR code, review the payment details, and confirm your transaction.

The payment methods available for a particular merchant or QR code may differ. For example, some merchants may support payment using your Liquid Account, while other eligible payment methods may be available depending on the merchant and payment network.

Always review the payment method shown in the LiquidPay App before confirming your transaction.

Paying Merchants Overseas

You can also use LiquidPay to make QR payments at participating merchants in supported overseas markets through RoamQR and our participating payment network partners.

Currently Supported Overseas Markets

LiquidPay currently supports QR payments at participating merchants in the following markets:

  • China – participating merchants accepting WeChat Pay
  • Cambodia – participating merchants accepting KHQR
  • South Korea – participating merchants accepting SeoulPay and JejuPay
  • Vietnam – participating merchants accepting VietQR Global
  • Brazil – participating merchants accepting PIX QR

To pay overseas:

  1. Open the LiquidPay App.
  2. Select Scan & Pay.
  3. Scan the supported merchant QR code.
  4. Review the merchant name, transaction amount, currency, exchange rate and other transaction details displayed in the App.
  5. Confirm your payment.

Before confirming your transaction, please check that the merchant details and payment amount displayed in the LiquidPay App are correct.

More Markets Are Coming

We are continuing to expand LiquidPay's overseas QR acceptance through RoamQR and our participating payment network partners.

Additional countries, territories, merchant networks and payment methods may be introduced from time to time.

We will update our supported markets as new payment connections become available. Availability may vary by market, merchant, payment network and transaction type
