What should I do if my transfer fails?

If your transfer fails, check the error message in the app for more information. It usually explains why the transfer could not be completed.

Common reasons for failed transfers

  • Insufficient balance in your wallet

  • Incorrect recipient details

  • Transaction limit exceeded

  • Security restrictions or temporary blocks

What you can do

  1. Review the error message shown in the app

  2. Fix the issue, such as:

  3. Try the transfer again

If money was deducted but the transfer failed
