What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, you can reset it directly in the LiquidPay app.

Steps to reset your password

  1. Open the LiquidPay app

  2. Tap Forgot Password

  3. Enter your registered email address

  4. Enter the verification code sent to your email

  5. Enter your new password

  6. Confirm your new password by entering it again (make sure it meets the requirements shown)

  7. Tap Save

Your password will be updated immediately after saving, and you can log in using your new password.
