What is the difference between pausing and blocking transfers?
Pausing and blocking transfers are security features that stop outgoing transfers, but they are used in different situations.
Pausing transfers

You can pause and resume transfers yourself in the app.

Useful if you want to temporarily stop transfers.

Transfers can be turned back on anytime from Profile > Transfer Controls.
Blocking transfers

Used for emergency situations, such as suspected unauthorised activity.

All outgoing transfers are immediately stopped.

You need to contact our support to unblock transfers after verifying your identity.
