You can easily check the status of your onboarding process with us. If you haven’t received any update or you’d like to confirm your progress, please fill out the form below and our team will get back to you shortly.

✅ What you need to know

  • Your onboarding status includes:
    ✔️ Register LiquidPay Account
    ✔️ Complete SingPass Verification
    ✔️ Review by our onboarding team
    ✔️ Activate PayNow

  • If your onboarding status under "Review by our onboarding team", You will receive error message of "Your onboarding requires a mandatory review. We'll notify you once it's completed, or feel free to contact LiquidPay support@liquidgroup.sg for assistance." If it's been more than 5 business days, please use the form to request a status update.
