What happens to my balance in my Liquid Account?

Your Liquid Account remains active and unaffected.

Before 1 October 2026, you may access and utilise your Liquid Account through Changi Pay.

From 1 October 2026, Liquid Account services will be available through the LiquidPay app. To continue accessing your available balance and Liquid Account services, simply download and log in to the LiquidPay app.
