What changes will happen to Changi Pay services?
The table below summarises how overseas payment services and Liquid Account access will be affected during the transition period.

Continue making overseas payments via Changi Pay as usual. Liquid Account remains active. Existing users can also access their Liquid Account through the enhanced LiquidPay app.
Changi Pay vouchers remain unaffected and may continue to be used in accordance with their applicable terms and conditions.

New Liquid Account registrations are available through LiquidPay. New Liquid Accounts can no longer be linked to Changi Pay.

From 1 October 2026 |
Overseas payments via Changi Pay cease. Liquid Account will no longer be available through Changi Pay. Customers may continue to access and use their Liquid Account directly through LiquidPay.
Changi Pay vouchers remain unaffected and may continue to be used in accordance with their applicable terms and conditions.
