What are campaigns and how do I participate?

Campaigns are special promotions designed to reward your activity. By participating in these events, you can earn exclusive vouchers, cashback, or other rewards by meeting specific spending or action milestones.

How to join a campaign

  1. Locate active campaigns: Navigate to the Deals section and tap on Campaigns or click on any active campaign banner on the home screen.

  2. Understand the requirements: Open the specific campaign to read the rules and objectives, such as spending a minimum amount within a set timeframe.

  3. Perform qualifying actions: Complete the required tasks, such as making qualifying purchases at partner merchants using ChangiPay.

  4. Monitor your milestones: Use the in-app tracker to follow your progress toward the reward. This ensures you know exactly how close you are to completing the challenge.

  5. Claim your rewards: Once you meet the necessary conditions, your rewards or vouchers will be automatically added to your wallet or displayed within the app.
