What actions are restricted during the 12-hour cooling period?

For security reasons, certain account changes cannot be made while the 12-hour cooling period is in effect. This helps ensure that sensitive updates are properly reviewed and reduces the risk of unauthorized activity.

During this period, the following actions may be temporarily restricted:

  • Adding new payees to your payment profile
  • Increasing the transaction limits for outgoing payments from your account
  • Turning off transaction notifications that LiquidPay sends after a payment is completed
  • Updating your contact details, including your mobile number, email address, or mailing address

          Once the cooling period has passed, you will be able to make these changes normally.
