Why am I told I cannot change my limits right now?
If you’re unable to change your limits, it may be due to a cooldown period after a recent limit update.
Why this happens
To help keep your account secure, LiquidPay temporarily pauses further limit changes after a recent update.
This cooldown period helps prevent unauthorized or rapid changes to your spending limits, which could happen if someone gains access to your account. It also ensures your previous request is fully processed before another change can be made.
What you can do
- Wait for the cooldown period to pass before trying to change your limits again.
- Try updating your limits again after the waiting period. Once the cooldown ends, you’ll be able to adjust your limits normally.
