The recipient’s name will appear in a masked format to help verify the identity before confirming the transaction.
Does the transfer work 24/7?
Yes. Transactions can be processed 24x7, 365 days a year.
Can I cancel a payment after sending it?
No. Payments are processed in real time and cannot be cancelled once submitted.
What if the money is debited but not received?
If your transaction is successful but the beneficiary doesn’t receive the funds:

Contact your bank immediately.

The bank will raise a dispute and verify the issue.

Refund will be initiated after verification if needed.
Do I need to activate inward remittance?
Please refer to your bank’s net-banking or mobile banking platform to activate or check inward remittance eligibility.
