The scanner is not working. What should I do?
If the QR scanner is not working, try the following steps to fix the issue.
Troubleshooting steps
1. Check camera permissions

Make sure the LiquidPay app has access to your device’s camera.

You can enable this in your device settings.
2. Improve lighting and positioning

Ensure there is enough lighting.

Hold your phone steady and make sure the QR code is clear and not damaged.
3. Restart the app or your device

Close and reopen the LiquidPay app, or

Restart your mobile device and try again.
