The scanner is not working. What should I do?

If the QR scanner is not working, try the following steps to fix the issue.

Troubleshooting steps

1. Check camera permissions

  • Make sure the LiquidPay app has access to your device’s camera.

  • You can enable this in your device settings.

2. Improve lighting and positioning

  • Ensure there is enough lighting.

  • Hold your phone steady and make sure the QR code is clear and not damaged.

3. Restart the app or your device

  • Close and reopen the LiquidPay app, or

  • Restart your mobile device and try again.
