I would like to manage user roles on my Corporate Payment Platform

Roles can be created by an administrator, and should be done prior to creating user profiles

To access and manage user roles, click on "Settings" on the sidebar menu. Under the "User Management" menu, click on "Manage Roles" (Figure 1)

Click on "Add Roles" to create a new role (Figure 2)

Fill in the role name and select a role function relating to this role. Note that no special characters are accepted in the role name (Figure 3)

Once the User Role has been created, you can automatically view it in the "Custom Roles" page. Click on "View and edit roles" to define the functions associated to this role. (Figure 4)

Click on "Save". 

You may now begin to create new user profiles and associate them to these user roles.

You may also edit the functions of any user role through the "View and edit roles" function.

*Liquid Group will not have any visibility on user roles created nor the assignment of any roles.
