I would like to manage user access in Corporate Payments Platform

An administrator may create new user profiles and new companies through the "Settings" menu

Click on "Settings" on the sidebar menu. Under "User Management", click on "Manage User Access". (Figure 1)

To create a new User Profile, click on "+ Add User" (Figure 2)

Select and assign a role to the new user, and fill in the mandatory fields (Figure 3): 

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Partner
  • Company (Select all companies that apply - this cannot be amended in future without recreating the user profile)

*You must create the relevant user role before creating the user profile.

Upon successful creation, the new user will receive a welcome email from Liquid Group. They can follow the instructions in the email to create their new user account.
