I would like to make a one-time payment on the Corporate Payment Platform
A user with a "Maker" role can initiate a one-time payment for cross-border or within Singapore transactions.
1. Creating Payment Instruction (Maker Role)
A user with a "Maker" role can create a new one-time payment instruction.
Click on "Send Payment" from the sidebar menu. Select "Single Payout" under the respective menu (Figure 1).

The Domestic Payments option is for making payments from a Singapore bank account to another Singapore bank account.
The Cross-border Payments option is for making payments within our approved Payment Rails.
Fill in the following details for Domestic Transactions (Figure 2):

After submitting the payment details, you may review your submission and make any necessary changes. (Figure 4)

Upon clicking "Submit", the payment instructions will be sent to the relevant Checker for review and approval (Figure 5)

2. Reviewing Payment Instruction (Approver Role)
A user with the Checker Role can review outstanding payment instructions and approve them respectively. To do so, click on "Instructions" in the sidebar menu and navigate to the 'Pending Approval' tab (Figure 6)

Click on the "Review" button to view the details of the transaction.
- Reject Instruction: Cancels the entire instruction if necessary.
- Approve All Payments: Approves and initiates processing for all transactions listed in the instruction.
