How to link your Changi Pay and LiquidPay Accounts?

You can easily link your Changi Pay wallet to your existing LiquidPay account in a few simple steps:

  1. Open the Changi App

    • Log in to your Changi Account.

  2. Go to Changi Pay

    • Tap on the “Pay” icon at the bottom of the app home screen.

  3. Select “Link Liquid Account”

    • In the Changi Pay section, tap on “Link Liquid Account”.

  4. Log in to LiquidPay

    • Enter your registered LiquidPay email address or mobile number and password.

  5. Verify with OTP

    • An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number.

    • Enter the OTP to confirm your identity.

  6. Linking Complete

    • You will see a confirmation message once your accounts are successfully linked.


If you’re an existing Changi Pay user linking an existing LiquidPay account, a 12-hour cooling down period may apply for security purposes.

If you’re a new Changi Pay user and create a new LiquidPay account through the Changi App, you can start using it immediately without any cooldown.

Ensure your mobile number and email address registered with both apps are up to date.
