I would like to link a card in my Changi Pay

You can easily add your preferred credit or debit card to your Changi Pay account for local payments. Follow the steps below:

✅ How to Add a Card

  1. Log in to Changi Pay.

  2. Tap on the “Wallet” tab located at the bottom navigation bar.

  3. Switch to the “Cards” tab at the top of the screen.

  4. Tap the “+” icon at the top-right corner.

  5. Enter your card details and submit.

💡 Note: A one-time authorization charge of SGD 1 will be made to verify your card. This amount will be automatically refunded after successful verification. You may be redirected to your bank’s OTP page for verification.

📌 Important Notes

  • Only MasterCard or Visa cards issued in Singapore are accepted.

  • Each card can only be linked to one Changi Pay account. If your card has already been linked to another account, please remove it from the previous account before trying again.

  • Your card must have “Online Transactions” enabled in order to be added successfully.

💡 Where Can I Use My Linked Card?

Cards linked to Changi Pay can only be used for local payments via Changi QR at:

  • Participating outlets in Changi Airport

  • Jewel Changi

  • iShopChangi.com
