I want to block my transfers in an emergency. How do I do it?

If you suspect unauthorised activity, you can block all outgoing transfers immediately from the LiquidPay app.

Steps to block transfers

  1. Open the LiquidPay app

  2. Go to Profile

  3. Tap Transfer Controls

  4. Select Block Transfers

  5. Follow the prompts and confirm using two-factor authentication (2FA)

Once confirmed, all outgoing transfers will be stopped for security.

How to unblock transfers

To unblock transfers, you will need to contact support@liquidgroup.sg. The relevant team will verify your identity before restoring transfer access.
