I lost access to my authenticator app. How do I sign in?
If you can no longer access your 2FA codes, you can use your recovery keys or contact our dedicated support team to securely verify your identity and restore your account access.
Steps to regain account access

Use your backup codes: Locate the emergency backup codes you saved during the initial Two-factor authentication (2FA) setup.

Enter a recovery code: On the sign-in screen, select the option to use a backup code and enter one of your unique 8-digit or 10-digit keys.

Contact support for help: If you do not have your backup codes, reach out to our support team using your registered email address.

Complete identity verification: Follow the instructions provided by our agents, which may include providing a photo ID or answering security questions to prove ownership.
