If you didn’t receive the email verification code, try the steps below to resolve the issue.

Steps to try

  1. Check your spam or junk folder
    Sometimes verification emails may be filtered into these folders.

  2. Resend the verification code
    In the app, tap Resend Code to request a new verification email.

  3. Confirm your email address is correct
    Make sure the email address you entered during sign-up is accurate.
