I am not receiving verification codes. What should I do?

If you are not receiving verification codes, try the following steps.

Check your email or SMS

  • For email codes, check your spam or junk folder.

  • For SMS codes, make sure your phone number is correct and that your phone has network signal.

Request a new code

In the app, tap Resend Code to receive a new verification code.
