How long does a top-up take to show in my wallet?

Top-up times vary depending on the payment method used. 

Expected processing times

  1. PayNow Top-ups: Top-ups made via PayNow are usually instant. Your balance should update as soon as you receive the transaction confirmation.

  2. Card Top-ups: Top-ups made via Cards are usually instant. Your balance should update as soon as you receive the transaction confirmation.

  3. Check for Confirmation: Always wait for a "Success" message within the app or a confirmation email before checking your updated balance.

  4. Monitor Your Activity: If the funds haven't appeared within the expected timeframe, check your Transaction History to see if the payment is marked as "Pending."

Tip: To ensure the fastest top-up experience, we recommend using PayNow whenever possible for immediate access to your funds.
