How do I set up a PIN?

Creating a secure PIN adds an essential layer of protection to your account. This 6-digit code ensures that only you can authorise sensitive actions and access your payment details.

Steps to configure your PIN

  1. Access Security settings: Navigate to your Profile and select the Security section from the menu options.

  2. Begin the setup: Tap on Create PIN to start the configuration process.

  3. Complete the verification: You may be prompted to verify your identity using your account password or biometrics before proceeding.

  4. Enter your code: Input a unique 6-digit PIN that is difficult for others to guess.

  5. Confirm your selection: Re-enter the same 6-digit PIN to confirm it is correct and save your changes.

Tip: Avoid using easily guessable sequences like "123456" or your birth date. Choosing a random set of numbers significantly improves your account security.
