How do I report a scam or suspicious activity?

Your security is our priority. If you encounter any suspicious behavior or believe you have been targeted by a scam, please report it immediately so our team can take action.

Steps to submit a report

  1. Navigate to the Reporting menu: Open your Profile and select Scam Education, Report Scam, or Scam Reports.

  2. Start a new report: Tap on Report a Scam or New Report to open the submission form.

  3. Provide the incident details: Fill in the specific details of what happened, including the date and time of the incident.

  4. Identify those involved: Include any relevant information about the individual or entity involved, such as phone numbers, usernames, or transaction IDs.

  5. Submit for review: Review your information and tap Submit.

  6. Follow-up process: Our support team will review the report and may reach out to you directly if further information or documentation is required.
