How do I freeze my account?

If you suspect unauthorised access or simply want to take a break, you can immediately restrict account activity to keep your funds and personal data secure.

Steps to restrict account activity

  1. Stop activity immediately: Navigate to your Profile, select Security, and tap Block account. This will halt all transactions and access instantly.

  2. Review security protocols: Consult the Security section within the app for more details on what happens when an account is blocked.

  3. Temporary freeze options: If you only need a temporary suspension rather than a permanent block, contact our support team to discuss flexible options.

  4. Verification for unlocking: Note that once an account is blocked for security reasons, you may need to complete a verification process with support to regain access.
