How do I change my daily transfer limit?

You can adjust your daily transfer limit directly in the LiquidPay app, as long as the new amount is within the allowed range.

You can now update your wallet transaction limits directly within the LiquidPay app.

To update your wallet limits:

  1. Log in to the LiquidPay app.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Select Limits.

To update your Daily Transfer Limit:

  • Under Transfer Limits, select Daily Outflow.
  • Adjust your preferred daily transfer limit.

To update your Advanced Limits (if applicable):

  • Under Transfer Limits, select Advanced Limits.
  • Update the limit for the relevant transaction type:
    • Domestic Transfer
    • Cross-Border Transfer
    • Domestic QR Payment
    • Cross-Border QR Payment

If you are unable to update your limits after installing the latest version of the app, please reach out to support@liquidgroup.sg with a screenshot or screen recording of the issue. This will help us investigate the matter further and assist you more efficiently.

Important note

Changes to your limits may take effect after a short cooldown period for security reasons.
