How do I block my account in an emergency?

Steps to immediately block your account

Navigate to Security settings:
Open your Profile and select the Security section.

Tap on Block account to initiate the emergency restriction process.

Review the security warning:
Read the information provided carefully. Note that once an account is blocked, you may need to contact our support team to undergo a verification process to unblock it later.

Confirm your identity:
If prompted, enter your account password or provide biometric verification to authorize the request.

Confirm the block:
Finalise the action to ensure your account is blocked immediately. All active sessions will be terminated and no further transactions will be permitted.
