What exchange rate and fees will apply?

Before you confirm a cross-border transfer, LiquidPay will display the relevant transaction information available for your transfer, including, where applicable:

  • the amount you are sending;

  • the applicable exchange rate;

  • any fees charged by Liquid;

  • the destination currency; and

  • the amount expected to be received by your recipient.

Please review all transfer details carefully before confirming your transaction.

Where LiquidPay expressly displays a guaranteed recipient amount, your recipient will receive the amount shown in the LiquidPay App.

For transfers where a guaranteed recipient amount is not expressly stated, the final amount received may be affected by fees or deductions imposed by participating or receiving institutions that are outside Liquid's control.
