Do I need to create a new Liquid Account to use LiquidPay?

No. If you have an existing Liquid Account in Changi Pay, you may continue to access your account using your registered email address in LiquidPay app.

If you are unable to recall your registered email address or experience login difficulties after accessing LiquidPay, you may use the "Forgot Password" function to reset your password and regain access.

You will then be guided through a simple verification process to secure the access to your account.
