Where can I use Alipay+ via Changi Pay?

The collaboration with Changi Pay and Alipay+ allows you to use your Liquid Account balance for payments at merchants accepting Alipay+ overseas. 

You can use Alipay+ QR via Changi Pay in the following countries:

The Alipay+ QR feature is currently not available for merchants accepting Alipay+ in Singapore.

Having trouble scanning the Alipay+ QR code? It might be because of one of these reasons

  1. The QR code belongs to an individual user’s Alipay account, we only support payments to merchants, not to individual users.
  2. The QR code is for Alipay and not Alipay+ here’s what the Alipay+ logo looks like:


  3. The merchant isn't enabled for Alipay+ acceptance – Even if they accept Alipay, it doesn't mean they accept Alipay+.
  4. QR code is damaged or unclear – Blurry, torn, or reflective surfaces can prevent scanning.
  5. Connectivity issues – Poor internet connection on your device might affect scanning or transaction processing.
