Where can I use Alipay+ via Changi Pay?
The collaboration with Changi Pay and Alipay+ allows you to use your Liquid Account balance for payments at merchants accepting Alipay+ overseas.
You can use Alipay+ QR via Changi Pay in the following countries:

Having trouble scanning the Alipay+ QR code? It might be because of one of these reasons
- The QR code belongs to an individual user’s Alipay account, we only support payments to merchants, not to individual users.
- The QR code is for Alipay and not Alipay+ here’s what the Alipay+ logo looks like:

- The merchant isn't enabled for Alipay+ acceptance – Even if they accept Alipay, it doesn't mean they accept Alipay+.
- QR code is damaged or unclear – Blurry, torn, or reflective surfaces can prevent scanning.
- Connectivity issues – Poor internet connection on your device might affect scanning or transaction processing.
