How to Activate Your Liquid Account

1. Update your Changi App to the latest version.

2. Open the app and go to the Wallet section.

3. Tap the “+” icon next to your payment methods.

   

4. Sign up for a Liquid Account using Singpass verification.

5. Once verified, your Liquid Account will be successfully activated.

How to Top Up Your Liquid Account

1. In the Changi App, tap on Wallet > Liquid Account.

2. Tap “Top Up”.

3. Choose between:

   • PayNow QR Code – Scan with your banking app

   • PayNow Virtual Payment Address (VPA) – Copy and paste into your bank's PayNow transfer field

4. Complete the transfer via your banking app. Your Liquid Account balance will update shortly.
